How can I register my medical facility on the platform?
You can easily register by clicking the "Register Your Facility" button at the top of the page, then filling in the required facility data. Our team will review and approve the request within 24 business hours.
Can I add more than one doctor under the facility account?
Yes, after activating the facility account you can add an unlimited number of doctors and fully manage their schedules and appointments from the dashboard.
What payment methods are available for subscription?
We support payment via bank transfer and credit cards (Mada, Visa, Mastercard), in addition to fast electronic payment options.

From the dashboard, go to Facility Settings then select "Working Hours". You can set the working days and hours for each day independently.
Does the platform support multiple specialties within a single facility?
Yes, the platform supports adding multiple specialties within the same facility, assigning doctors to each specialty with independent appointment management per department.
